Mahomed specializes in family law and has for a number of years served as committee member and Chairperson on the Family Law Committee of the KwaZulu - Natal Law Society. Ruwaida is an expert in the field of estate planning and is meticulous in her approach in the drafting of wills and the winding up of deceased’s estates. Ruwaida understands the emotional trauma that parties experience through the loss of a loved one and is noted for her understanding and compassionate approach when dealing with clients.

Clarise is passionate about conveyancing and attends to all property transactions, including bond registrations and property transfers. Clarise attends to her matters with diligence and an eye for detail.

Gabby specializes in general conveyancing and has extensive experience in the registration and cancellation of mortgage bonds. Gabby’s expertise includes the winding up of deceased estates, drafting of wills and registrations and variations of trusts.

Trishana is studying towards her LLB degree through UNISA and serves in our conveyancing, contracts and litigation department. Trishana is passionate about property law and has gained extensive work experience from established law firms in the North Coast.

Kogie Pillay has been Mahomed’s personal assistant for over a decade. Kogie assists in our litigation and bookkeeping departments and facilitates and provides support as office manager. Kogie is passionate about client relations and her pleasant and amiable manner is valued by us and appreciated by our clients.
